Subscription Agreement

1. Subscription Plans, Price & Billing Cycle

Sunow offers paid subscription plans that unlock additional credits and member features. The exact plan name, price, currency, and billing cycle (for example weekly, monthly, or yearly) are displayed on the subscription page at the time of purchase, and are shown to you for confirmation before any payment is taken.

The price you see at checkout is the price you will be charged for the first billing period and, unless we tell you otherwise in advance, for each subsequent renewal of the same plan.

2. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions are continuous: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the same payment method is charged the then-current price for the next period, until you cancel.

Renewal continues automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops all future renewals.

3. Pre-Renewal Notice

Before each automatic renewal we send you a reminder by email to the address on your account at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The reminder states the plan, the renewal date, and the amount that will be charged, and tells you how to cancel if you do not wish to renew.

It is your responsibility to keep a valid, monitored email address on your account so that you receive these notices.

4. How to Cancel (Online, Anytime)

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time, online, from the "Manage Subscription" page in your account — no phone call or email is required.

You may also cancel by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account.

Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access to member features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund a period that has already begun.

5. Price Changes

If we change the price of a subscription plan, we will notify you by email in advance, and the new price will only apply to renewals that occur after the notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you can cancel before the next renewal.

6. Refunds

Refunds for subscription charges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Where the law of your place of residence grants you stronger statutory cancellation or refund rights, those rights continue to apply in addition to this Agreement.
